What is Condensation/ Mould?

Condensation is caused by hot and cold air meeting causing moisture in the atmosphere, resulting in mould growing on the surface of the walls. If untreated this can cause respiratory problems as well as causing damage to the surface finish. To prevent condensation issues you need adequate air flow and you will need to warm the surface of the wall up.

Are you guilty of drying your washing in the room with no ventilation? this is one of the most common reasons I come across that causes mould growth!
